The gîte "Les Combres" is located in Malbosc in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in the extreme south of the Ardèche, in the heart of the Cévennes Ardéchoises, on the borders of the Ardèche, Gard and Lozère. Its small winding roads with remarkable views, its country roads, its marked paths (including the GR de Pays Cévenol and the GR de Pays Haute Vallée de la Cèze), its waterways, make Malbosc an ideal place for numerous nature activities for the greatest pleasure of its inhabitants and passing residents. Our gîte "Les Combres", in the heart of the "Parc National des Cévennes" et "Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d'Ardèche" is a preserved paradise, isolated in the middle of nature and offering a breathtaking view of the Mont Ventoux and the forest. This fully equipped gîte for 6 people, a temporary refuge to recharge your batteries during your next holiday, is above all, before us, a permanent refuge for a large number of animal species and plant species! Our gîte "Les Combres" is isolated on 24 hectares of land consisting of a large terraced area below and above the gîte in a forest of pines, oaks, chestnut trees, arbutus... You will be amazed by the variety of landscapes and natural curiosities. Ideal to recharge your batteries far from the human bustle.

An exceptional natural site! The Pont d'Arc is a 54-metre high mineral arch under which the river Ardèche flows. It is unique in the world.
It is an exceptional site to be discovered all year round, 5 minutes from the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc: in summer for swimming with the supervised beach, in autumn for the International Marathon of the Gorges of the Ardèche, in winter for the peace and quiet, or in spring when nature takes on new colours!

Classified as one of the most beautiful gardens in France, the Bamboo Garden in the Cévennes offers you a unique experience of complicity with nature.
This exceptional botanical garden reveals more than 1000 varieties of bamboos, trees and remarkable plants, making the Bamboo Grove an exclusive place in Europe. It is a journey rich in discoveries and surprises that we offer you for each new season, in order to make you live and feel nature in perpetual movement.

Our gîte is located in the heart of 2 areas classified as Natura 2000. For the future of the planet, our children and ourselves, it is essential that everyone makes an effort to preserve it. At "Les Combres", we ask you to sort your waste; to respect the environment, the flora and fauna; to avoid wasting water, to use environmentally friendly products... For this reason, in collaboration with La Terre Bleue, we offer you natural solid soaps and shampoos produced locally and in an artisanal way. On arrival, we will provide you with one free guest soap per room. We also invite you to favour local producers rather than the big supermarkets.
